01 — Assess the Vehicle
Understand the donor vehicle, its condition,
identity, documentation and intended use.
02 — Set a Baseline
Record the vehicle’s starting condition and
measure current performance where relevant.
03 — Strip and Inspect
Disassemble as required and assess the vehicle
in detail before final work begins.
04 — Prepare the Structure
Repair, reinforce and protect the chassis and
body according to what the vehicle needs.
05 — Build for Its Purpose
Select, match and adapt the vehicle’s systems
around the approved build specification.
06 — Test and Refine
Inspect and test the completed vehicle,
resolve issues and record the final results.
Every Build Is Documented
Each vehicle receives a Build Specification File covering its donor, intended use, key systems, inspections and test results.
